You can fill out the online referral form or they can apply with us directly and provide your name as their nursing referral.

Here is how it works:

• Apply with us, explore travel, meet new colleagues, make new friends and have fun! As long as you have an application on file, you are eligible for the referral program!

• Refer an RN or LPN using this online form, or your referrals can give your name when they apply.
• We’ll notify you about the eligibility status of your referral (see Program Rules).

For RNs

Once your referral completes a full 13-week assignment or longer with us, you will be eligible for a cash bonus of $500. If the referral’s contract is extended for another 13-week then you will be eligible for an additional cash bonus of $500.

For LPNs

Once your referral completes a full 13-week assignment or longer with us, you will be eligible for a cash bonus of $300. If the referral’s contract is extended for another 13-week then you will be eligible for an additional cash bonus of $300.

Terms:

• All referral bonus payouts are contingent on the successful completion of the assignment.
• Bonuses are processed and paid out after 30 days of completion of 13-week assignments.
• Both the referring employee and the hired referral must be current employees at the time the bonuses are paid.
• If the referral has already been in communication with the APN team then that will not qualify as a referral in this program.
• There’s no limit to how many referrals you can submit, but your referrals must accept an assignment with APN Healthcare Solutions and complete the same.
